The foundation of my coaching springs from Appreciate Inquiry: a strengths-based, outcome-oriented, positive approach to sustaining life-changes. My job is to help you live out of your strengths and nourish the personal resources that will transform your life. Then you will find richer meaning, renewed purpose, and greater satisfaction in your life.
